NKR problem should be resolved by Armenian nation
Trying settle NKR conflict by following old methods and returning to 1990s' agenda would be a rude mistake. Current situation is completely different, RA Politologists Union Chairman Hamayak Hovhannesyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
