Today duduk virtuoso Jivan Gasparian together with a group of musicians will perform a single concert at the theater of Saint-Petersburg conservatoire. As reported by «Arminfo» agency, famous musicians from Russia, France, Italy and Israel will take part in the concert. Clarinetist Sergey Starostin, pianist Ludovico Einaudi, saxophonists Luigi Cinque and Didie Malerb, guitarist Patrice Meyer and singer Emil Zrihan are among them. The group first became generally recognized in 2001 at the celebrities of the 1700-th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia. Yerevan conservatoire professor, owner of four golden medals of international competitions under the aegis of UNESCO Jivan Gasparian plays duduk since he was six and calls it the instrument of his life.
