The central electoral commission of Armenia will send a delegation to observe the coming parliamentary elections in Ukraine to be held March 31. The group of four members will be headed by Chairman of the central electoral commission Artak Saghatelian. The Armenian representative in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will also observe the course of the elections.
