"RA-Turkey Protocols' signing brought discord into Armenia-Diaspora relations," Secretary of the Board and the Spokesperson of Armenian Associations in Sweden, Vahagn Avedian told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. According to him, the first step Diaspora will undertake after Protocols' conclusion would be cessation of financing to Armenia.

Avedian noted that postponement of protocols singing gave Diaspora reason to hope Armenia has altered its position and will refrain from choosing this way of reaching RA-Turkey rapprochement. "Protocols are yet awaiting parliamentary ratification, which, I'm sure, does not promise any favorable development of events for Armenia," Vahagn Avedian stressed.
