The son of the Azeri President, deputy chairman of «Eni Azerbaijan» ruling party Ilham Aliyev stated at the press conference in Moscow that the party had determined who would be the candidate for the post of the state head. «Eni Azerbaijan» again intends to nominate Heydar Aliyev for the presidential elections in 2003. But his age and health cause experts' doubts that he is able to head the country for the new term. In Ilham Aliyev's words, there are no doubts that the people will elect the acting President their leader.
