PACE MONITORING GROUPS TO VISIT NAGORNO KARABAKH
The PACE monitoring groups' visit to Nagorno Karabakh conflict region will take place in early April. Deputy head of Armenian delegation to the PACE Armen Rustamian has reported this. According to him, April 5-7 the monitoring will take place in Azerbaijan, April 8 the reporters on Armenia and Azerbaijan will visit Nagorno Karabakh. April 10, as Rustamian has noted, the reporters will arrive in Yerevan and carry out the monitoring in the republic. Rustamian has stressed the decision of the PACE commission members to visit Nagorno Karabakh caused the displeasure of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE motivating its position with that the visit of the reporters to HKR means indirect recognition of Nagorno Karabakh's independence. But, Rustamian has noted the arguments of Azerbaijani delegation did not influence the position of the commission members. He has added the visit will take place after the reconfirmation of that decision at the meeting of the PACE Bureau taking place March 25-26 in Saint Petersburg.
