EU is yet a project in process, Europarliament representative Leonidas Donskis told PanARMENIAN.Net reported. "I'm from Lithuania. There was time when Lithuania was not included in EU. So, no one can finally mark EU borders," the europarliamentarian noted. According to him, EU is a peace project and Armenia's interest to it could only be supported. "Armenia-EU collaboration is a reciprocal process," Leonidas Donskis said.
