The efficiency of Armenian servicemen is rather high. Co-commander of "Cooperative Best Effort-2003" military exercises being held in Armenia, chief of the training element of the NATO United South Command, colonel of Turkish armed forces Ahmed Kabak told such an opinion to journalists. In his words, soldiers and officers of the armed forces of Armenia display high professionalism and are not inferior to other maneuver participants from other countries in any respects.
