Munich meeting resulted in no essential progress
Armenian and Azeri Presidents' recent meeting in Munich did not lead to essential progress. Intensive discussions in Sargsyan-Aliyev format lasted over 3.5 hours, says Russian "Vremya Novostei" in an article titled "Muncih for Baku and Yerevan".
According to newspaper's report, determination of Nagorno Karabakh's final status, as well as other issues included in negotiation agenda should be put to referendum.
