ARMENIAN PRIME MINISTER RULED OUT INCREASE OF ELECTRICITY TARIFFS THIS YEAR
Tariffs for electricity will be increased, but not this year. As reported by "Arka" agency, said Armenian prime minister Andranik Margarian, when presenting the program of the Armenian government in the parliament. In his words, the sphere is being regulated not by the government, but by the market. "After selling the energy distribution grids of Armenia clear tariff policy was worked out, which provides for a slight increase of tariffs," - A. Margarian said. He noted that there was a special energy commission, which took into account various components, including the social factor.
