Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, who heads the Armenian delegation at the International Economic Forum, which took place in New York, met with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. Questions concerning the mediators' coming visit to Yerevan, Stepanakert and Baku were discussed in particular. Azerbaijan's President Heydar Aliyev also met with Minsk Group Co-Chairs in the course of the work of the International Economic Forum.
