According to «Nezavisimaya gazeta» information, in Los Angeles and in a number of other Californian cities unscrupulous businessmen are engaged in the realization of fake Armenian wine «Areni» and cheese. Reality is that the wine is an inferior product from Chile and Danes sell «Armenian» cheese of unknown origin. The clear demand for Armenian products and beneficial state of market helps unscrupulous businessmen. In this connection, the Center of agriculture development of the agriculture ministry of the Republic suggests making a contract with the California government on the direct supplies of the popular products from Armenia.
