TURKEY NOT READY TO RECOMMENCE DIALOG WITH ARMENIA
At the press conference that took place in Washington on the results of the official visit to US of Turkey's Prime minister Byulent Ejevit said Ankara would begin the establishment of relations with Armenia after Karabakh conflict's settlement. He confirmed again that Turkey conditions the dialog recommencement with Armenia «with freeing of occupied territories». According to appraisal of Ejevit, the talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan reached a deadlock. At the same time he noted that there had been a period when the conflict settlement had been quite real. Ejevit confirmed the information that many issues as well as the perspectives of Armenian-Turkish relations and Karabakh problem had been considered at the talks with the US political leadership.
