A reporter on Nagorno Karabakh question will be appointed at the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which will begin work January 24. The reporter's candidature will be coordinated with Yerevan, Stepanakert and Baku. The reporter will visit the region and will familiarize himself with the situation on the scene. After that he will set about preparation of a special report to be presented to the Parliamentary Assembly.
