Nagorno Karabakh Republic Foreign Ministry has come out with a statement concerning the information in some mass media that the question of creating a military block will be discussed at the meeting of the heads of the foreign departments of unrecognized states to be held in Sukhumi in February next year. NKR Foreign Ministry states the Republic possesses a sufficient potential for securing itself and does not need creation of a military block with other forces. The document stresses the official Stepanakert intends to emphasize the necessity of creation of a system of international and military-political security safeguards at the coming meeting.
