When having speech at the meeting of the committee of the OSCE Ministers, Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Adrian Severin has stated that the question of the expedience of the formations of the Assembly special committee to study the Karabakh conflict is now discussed. He has reminded that there are several committees like that one attached to the Parliamentary Assembly engaged in the issues of Prednistrowye, Kosovo and Abkhazia. In Severin's evaluation, their activities have promoted the finding of ways to settle regional conflicts.
