Simon Balian, executive director of the fund, also noted the U.S.A. could contribute to economic development of Armenia, because America was where most of the resources are. John Ordway knows well the problems the post-Soviet republics face and is interested in their solution. "His experience and knowledge will certainly be useful in Armenia," - Balian said.
