The Armenian National Assembly has introduced amendments to the RA Election Code, on suggestion of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO).

“The Election Code should be brought in line with the Armenian Constitution, which determines the individuals to be granted personal immunity,” Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan said. “The personal immunity should be granted to President, members of parliament, judges and the Ombudsman.”
