The first session of the All-Russian Azerbaijani congress has begun in the capital of Russia. As «Arminfo» informs with reference to «Interfax», over 300 representatives of Russia's Azerbaijani Diaspora and also well-known Russian public men with Azerbaijani origin will participate in the forum. As the organizers of the forum said before the congress opening, about 1.5 million Azerbaijanis, who were «inseparably linked with their historic motherland», lived in Russia.
