September 28 the opening ceremony of the first 20-kilometer Astkhashen-Kichan part of "North-South" motorway was held in Karabakh. As "Arka" agency informs, high-rank officials of NKR, deputy chairman of the council of trustees of the "Hayastan" PanArmenian fund Gagik Arutyunyan, representatives of Armenian Diaspora, sponsors were present at the opening ceremony. NKR's President Arkadi Ghukasyan made a speech.
