Maximal openness should be a response to Azerbaijan’s anti-Armenian propaganda, according to Ruben Mehrabyan, an expert at the Armenian Center for Political and International Studies.

“Currently Azerbaijan feels it was given full scope, playing the game the way it finds suitable,” the Armenian expert stated in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

The expert slammed Armenia’s foreign policy line, blaming inactivity of the authorities for the country’s losing all its aces.
