“Fair play and respect are the essential components for sports,” said Ruben Hayrapetyan, President of Football Federation of Armenia.

FIFA President Sepp Blatter noted, for his part, that football helps children understand the importance of discipline, respect, team spirit and fair play.

According to UEFA President Michel Platini, respect is most important factor for playing football.

“UEFA excludes any discrimination or racism on the playing field. We are all equal when touch the ball,” he said.
