On August 28 US Deputy Secretary of State Elizabeth Jones, who is also Advisor of George Bush on European Affairs, will arrive in Yerevan with a two-day visit. Her meetings with President Robert Kocharian and Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian are planned. Prospects of participation of Armenia in regional energetic projects and the process of the Karabakh problem settlement will make the subject of discussion during the talks. After completion of the tour to the countries of the Southern Caucasus Elizabeth Jones will leave for Vienna, where she will meet with Co-Chairmen of OSCE Minsk Group and discuss the opportunities of resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
