On September 12, Armenian Defense Ministry issued a statement in reference to YouTube video, showing young people in the uniform of Armenian forces beaten and humiliated. However, the low quality of the video prevents from gaining a clear view of faces and discerning the language spoken.

Armenian Defense Ministry condemns the intentional creation and dissemination of video materials aiming to compromise Armenian Armed Forces. The Defense Ministry initiated an investigation into the authenticity of the video, identities of people on the video and its creators in order to punish the violence perpetrators.
