As "Noyan tapan" informs the enterprise building will be started after that. According to the "Amio Exko Armenia" company deputy director Gagik Gyulbadagyan, $100 million is needed for the realization of the planned program. The USA government has already allotted the part of the needed sum. The program is implemented with the mutual efforts of an American firm and "Aikoop" enterprise.
