Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the ceremony of laying the foundation of a dwelling complex in Kapan, Syunik region of Armenia.

As a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the scene, the complex will include three buildings with 335 apartments. The AMD 7.6 billion project under the aegis of the Armenian government.

The construction is supposed to be finished in 2013.
