. Today the conference of the ministers of foreign affairs of Nagorni Karabakh, Abkhazia, South Osetia and Prednistrovie has started its work. At the conference that will last two days it is planned to discuss the negotiation process of conflict settlements, in which four unrecognized countries are engaged. At the completion of the work of the Stepanakert meeting a summarizing official report will be signed.
