. An informal meeting of the heads of the countries - CIS members will take place in Sochi in the beginning of August. First Deputy Chairman of the executive committee - Executive Secretary of CIS Vladimir Fyodorov informed about this. The first informal meeting of the leaders of the CIS countries took place in Yalta last year. Fyodorov also reported about alteration of the functions of the CIS Economic Council. Henceforth it will make final decisions on a number of inter-state problems.
