. The delegation of Armenia, headed by Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian, has participated a seminar in Tokyo, dedicated to investments. Besides the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Industry and Trade Karen Chshmaritian and Director of the Armenian agency for development Vahagn Movsisian gave a talk at the seminar. Vardan Oskanian had a meeting with President of the Japanese Agency on International Cooperation K.Sayto, with whom he discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation and also the projects of rendering aid of Japan to Armenia. During the meeting of V.Oskanian with deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan S.Sugiura the importance of intensifying bilateral relations and the necessity for cooperation within the framework of international organizations were stressed.
