The political force, which succeeds in falsifying the elections most of all, will win the 2012 parliamentary election in Armenia, according to former NKR Foreign Minister.

Arman Melikyan is confident that the election will be marred.

Member of the Republican Party of Armenia Hamlet Harutyunyan disagreed with the opinion and said that the party which has been working for the welfare of Armenia will be the winner.

“I would like to refrain from making forecasts,” he said.
