The release of U.S. State Department documents will cause a real diplomatic tsunami, according to ARF Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan.

As he told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, only ¼ out of 250 thousand documents divulged by WikiLeaks have been published.

“Publication of all documents will obviously influence U.S. foreign relations, from diplomatic and humane viewpoint,” Manoyan said.
