The Collective Rapid Reaction Force can’t prevent resolution or change of power in CSTO member countries, said major general Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos).

According to the SRRF regulations, a UN permission is needed to interfere into the internal affairs of any CSTO member state.

“However, CRRF can defend Armenia in case of Azerbaijani aggression, as no permission is needed to suppress an attack from outside,” Commandos said.
