Head of ArmenTel Customer Service Department Burastan Movsisyan said that information on ArmenTel operator’s services will be available hence also via online free-of-charge chat on the company’s official website www.beeline.am.

Online Consultant service is a novelty not only in Armenia, but also in other companies, where VimpelCom operates, Movsisyan told a press conference.

The service provides clients with an opportunity to obtain information of technical nature, as well information on services, tariffs, actions, current liabilities, etc in three languages (Armenian, Russian and English) through an online dialogue with an operator in a chat mode.

Currently, 40 operators provide the service round the clock without holidays.
