During the December 23 sitting, the Armenian government approved signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Georgian government on joint usage of customs checkpoints.

The memorandum is signed for three years, after which its term will automatically be prolonged for the same period. Under the memorandum, the parties have the right to joint usage of customs checkpoints to simplify the customs procedures, the governmental press service reported.
