HEAD OF THE ARMENIAN CHURCH EXPRESSED CONDOLENCES TO IRANIAN AUTHORITIES
YEREVAN, May 21. /Mediamax/. All-Armenian Catholicos Garegin II, being with a parsonic visit in the USA, send today a telegram with condolences to the Iranian authorities and relatives of the victims of crash of Yak-40 plane, Mediamax was informed in the press service of Holy Echmiadzin.
The Yak-40 belonging to "Armenian Airlines" was leased by one of the Iranian air companies. It crashed in Iran in the morning May 17. All the passengers died, including the Minister of Transport of Iran Rahman Dadman and the 5 crew members (all Armenians). --0--
