Sweden’s decision to remove the word ‘genocide’ from the government’s website will not affect the process of the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide, according to expert Hakob Chakryan.

As to the possibility of Genocide recognition by the United States, Shakryan noted that the Republicans can themselves initiate passage of H.Res. 252 in the Congress.
