NKR Permanent Representative to Germany Harutyun Grigoryan said that, most likely, Baku will not recognize independence of the Republic of Artsakh during the tenure of incumbent Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

In an interview with German Eurasisches Magazin, Grigoryan said that the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs cooperate with the NKR authorities during monitoring of the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces.

“Thus, OSCE de-facto recognizes the state power in Karabakh. Hopefully, the Azerbaijani leadership will conceive soon that it is necessary to establish contacts with us to resolve the problem,” said Grigoryan.
