The formation of the Caucasian regional group within the frames of the Collective Security Agreement (CSA) is not connected with the possible stationing of international peacekeeping forces in the Karabakh conflict zone, Secretary General of Collective Security Council (CSC), Valerie Nikolayenko said today at a briefing in Yerevan.
