YEREVAN, March 29. /Mediamax/. President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkadi Ghukasian signed Wednesday a decree awarding baroness Caroline Cox, Vice-speaker of House of Lords of Great Britain, with medal of "Appreciation".
Mediamax was informed today in the press-service of the NKR President that baroness Cox was awarded with the medal "for assisting to the international recognition of Nagorno Karabakh Republic, essential contribution in rehabilitation and development of the social sphere of the Republic and for regular activity in protection of human rights". --0--
