Ashotyan urges businessmen to aid Georgia’s Armenian community

In contrast to the Armenian community, the Azerbaijani community of Georgia has been growing on a yearly basis, Armenian Minister of Education and Science stated.

As Armen Ashotyan told a news conference in Yerevan, “Azeri community representatives have a chance to use Azerbaijan’s financial capital in Georgia.”

Noting that Armenian community representatives have not been given a similar opportunity, the Minister urged Georgia’s Armenian businessmen to establish connection with Armenian community’s cultural and educational institutions and aid Armenian schools to strengthen the community.
