Azerbaijan makes a stir but then hampers investigation into a child’s death and a number of other incidents, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister said.
“Realizing that its accusations are beneath criticism, Baku tries to prevent all attempts to reveal the truth. The case with the death of 9-year-old Farid Badalov, Azerbaijan blamed on Armenian forces, resembles the 1992 events in Khojalu, when Azerbaijan organized the massacre of its own people in the territory far from those under control of the Karabakh army,” Shavarsh Kocharyan said.
“Baku seems to live in a virtual world, trying to impose its own vision of history on the international community,” he added.
