Political analyst, head of Democracy and Collaboration Institute, New York department, Andranik Mihranyan said that the foreign policy pursued by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian is unprecedented in the history of independent Armenia.
“Armenia’s stance in the Karabakh conflict settlement completely complies with that of the OSCE Minsk Group, Russia and other countries,” Mihranyan said in his lecture at the Armenian State Pedagogical University.
“Naturally, the Karabakh conflict resolution is in a deadlock like the Armenian-Turkish normalization. However, Armenia is at advantage as compared to Azerbaijan, since it’s the opposite side under pressure rather than we, since Baku is unable to explain its actions,” he said.
