Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II will take part in the consecration ceremony of the Armenian church reopened in Lvov Ukrainian city May 18. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, referring to Ukrainian sources, the chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia, famous actor and singer Charles Aznavour and other Armenian public and cultural figures will also arrive in Lvov for the participation in the ceremony. The Armenian church built in Lvov 640 years ago was closed in 1953. 50 years later the church building was conveyed to the Lvov Armenian community, which today numbers about 1.5 thousand people.
