Biggest flag in Azerbaijan torn yet another time

On the evening of April 9, the biggest flag of Azerbaijan, erected on the State Flag Square in Baku, was torn to pieces yet another time. Eni Musavat cites either a blast of wind or nondurable fabric as the reason for damage.

This has been one of the many incidents on the Square since the opening day on September 1, 2010. The wrong choice of the Square location is named among the reasons for the incidents. The cost for the construction of the square is USD 35 million.
