Member of the Armenian delegation to PACE Naira Zohrabyan drew the attention of the CoE Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg to the Azerbaijani threats to shoot down Artsakh-bound civil aircrafts.

“I asked Mr. Hammarberg whether the Council of Europe is concerned over Azerbaijan’s statements with respect to aircrafts destruction. The CoE Commissioner said that naturally similar statements raise concerns,” Naira Zohrabyan told a press conference in Yerevan.
