YEREVAN, February 23. /Mediamax/. Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian expressed surprise in connection with the discussion of ways of Karabakh conflict settlement in Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis, which is to be held today. Oskanian noted that peace agreement isn't going to be signed in the near future.
Armenian Minister stressed that they decided to publish the three proposals of the OSCE Minsk Group in the Armenian press only after these proposals appeared in Azeri media. Vardan Oskanian found it hard to predict the possible consequences of the publication of the mediators' proposals, noting that no talks are held at present on either of these documents. --0--
