Armenian National Congress (ANC) leader characterized power pyramid in Armenia as an illegitimate, criminal-oligarchic, Mongol overlordship to be destroyed in order to establish constitutional order in the country through snap elections.

As Levon Ter-Petrossian noted at the rally, for ANC, the dialogue with the authorities is the beast means of pulling the country out of crisis.

“A dialogue aimed at solving vital issues for the people and the state is a welcome step,” Ter-Petrossian stressed.
