As per the June 3, 2011, decision of the Supervisory Board of Haypost Trust Management, the responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer of Haypost CJSC were temporarily assigned to Deputy General Financial Director Hayk Avagyan.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyn appointed Arman Khachatryan, the Chief Executive Officer of Haypost CJSC, to the post of Executive Director of the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA). Khachatryan will assume the post from June 15.
