The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Mevlüt Çavusoglu, is hopeful that Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia will come to an agreement on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement during their meeting in Kazan.
“I hope that on June 25 the three countries’ Presidents will sign an agreement on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev will preside over the meeting. No one will be happy if no settlement agreement is signed,” APA quoted Çavusoglu as saying in Strasbourg.
The Kremlin has already confirmed the trilateral meeting between Presidents Serzh Sargsyan, Ilham Aliyev and Dmitry Medvedev in Kazan.
