THE U.S. IS CONSTANTLY SEARCHING FOR NEWER AND BOLDER APPROACHES TO SETTLEMENT OF KARABAKH CONFLICT, AMBASSADOR CAREY CAVANAUGH SAID

The US is constantly searching for newer and bolder approaches to the problem, Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh, United States Special Negotiator for Nagorno Karabagh stated at the seminar at Harvard's Kennedy School's Caspian Studies Program, titled "US-Russian Relations in the Caspian Region".
The Ambassador Cavanaugh stated that although both parties are committed to reducing the loss of life, 100 people have died due to shootings and land mines, although a cease-fire has been in place for the past six years.
The Ambassador also informed that the next meeting of the Minsk group will take place in Vienna next week.--0--
